Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end recruitment for AI/ML, Data Science, GenAI, MLOps, and Analytics roles.
Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities.
Source top talent through LinkedIn, GitHub, Kaggle, and niche AI/ML communities.
Screen candidates on technical skills (ML models, NLP, Deep Learning, LLMs, Python), problem-solving ability, and cultural fit.
Build robust talent pipelines for critical and niche roles.
Manage offer negotiation and closure.

Required Skills Experience




5 10 years of recruitment experience with minimum 3+ years in AI/ML Data Science hiring.
Robust understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP / LLMs / GenAI, and Data Engineering basics.
Proven experience hiring for Data Scientist, ML Engineer, AI Engineer, and GenAI Specialist roles.
Expertise in Boolean search, X-ray search, and talent mapping.
Experience working with global stakeholders (US/UK time zones preferred).
