Job Title Engineer III, Software

Position Summary

As Lead Software Engineer, you will join diverse team of developers to participate in the specification, design, testing, maintenance, and implementation of software for analytical, bioproduction instruments and allied products. This software, and these instruments a make a real, positive, and strong impact on the lives of people across the globe.

Duties Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex software modules across multiple concurrent projects.
Drive technical design, implementation, testing, code quality, and production support.
Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and promote engineering best practices.
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, identify risks, and deliver scalable solutions.
Demonstrate robust ownership, problem-solving, collaboration,



and communication skills.
Quickly learn recent technologies and independently resolve technical problems.
Communicate effectively through transparent documentation and stakeholder collaboration.

Minimum Qualifications / Experience / Required Skill(s):

Bachelors in Engineering or Masters in Computer Science with 7+ years of relevant experience
Minimum 6 years hands-on experience in developing Java/JEE based web applications based on micro-services architecture (using Spring Boot)
