Job Title: Executive - Sales

Core Responsibilities
Primarily focusing on driving sales, ensuring high-quality customer service, and enforcing company policies.
To get business from current and existing customer accounts.
Explore business opportunities and generate sales leads from shippers, forwarders & CHAs effectively.
Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives. Co-ordinate with Customer Service desk, Operations and Documentation department for complete follow-up on shipments generated.




Establish long term relationships with customers
Analyse market trends and implement effective measures for penetrating business.
Facilitate prompt preparation & submission of quotation/RFQ to customers.
Ensure submission of sales/division reports to reporting head at regular intervals.
Facilitate timely follow-up on collections from customers.
Conduct regular review meetings with the team and enhance performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
2–10 years of proven experience in freight forwarding sales
Hands-on experience and robust working knowledge of CRM systems
Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
