Area(s) of responsibility
6+ years in cloud engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure management with at least 3+ years on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, Lambda, CloudFormation/Terraform).
Proven experience deploying data processing or analytics platforms on cloud infrastructure.
Hands-on experience integrating cloud settings with ERP systems via REST/SOAP APIs, JDBC/ODBC, or file-based extraction methods.
Solid knowledge of networking and security VPC design, subnets, security groups, NACLs, VPN/Direct Connect, SSL/TLS.
Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, ECS/EKS, Kubernetes) for deploying application workloads.
Familiarity with data pipeline and orchestration tools Apache Airflow, AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory, or Databricks workflows.
Understanding of compliance frameworks (HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO 27001) for cloud deployments in regulated industries.
Excellent documentation skills infrastructure architecture, runbooks, operational handover materials.
