About the Role

Presidency School Mangalore is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our Admissions Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating admissions, counselling prospective parents and students, managing enquiries, and ensuring a seamless admission process.

Key Responsibilities
Handle admission enquiries through phone calls, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms.
Counsel prospective parents and students regarding the school's curriculum, facilities, and admission procedures.
Follow up with prospective parents to convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain and update admission records and databases accurately.
Coordinate school visits, campus tours, and admission events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with parents throughout the admission process.
Meet admission targets and prepare regular enquiry and conversion reports.
Coordinate with academic and administrative departments for smooth onboarding of new students.




Assist in organising admission drives, promotional activities, and school events.

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
25 years of experience in admissions, counselling, sales, customer relationship management, or a similar role.
Excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of Kannada, Hindi, or Tulu will be an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal, counselling, and presentation skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in the education sector is preferred.
Ability to build rapport with parents and students.
Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
Willingness to work on weekends during the admission season, with a compensatory off as per school policy.
