Role Overview
We at Cureskin are seeking a highly creative and performance-driven Digital Ads Video Producer who can blend storytelling with data to create scroll-stopping video ads. You will be responsible for developing conversion-focused creatives for paid digital campaigns.
Location: Mumbai or Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities:
Creative Strategy & Video Production
● Manage end-to-end video production, including scripting, storyboarding, shoot planning, and editing.
● Collaborate with scriptwriters to develop multiple hooks, storytelling formats, and ad variations for A/B testing.
● Work closely with editors to create different video treatments, styles, and platform-specific formats.
● Continuously identify winning creative formats and scale them across campaigns.




● Ensure brand consistency across all ad creatives and campaigns.

Key Success Metrics
● Improvement in click-to-install (CTI) rate
● Reduction in customer acquisition cost (CAC)

Required Skills:
● 9– 12 years of experience in digital video production or performance ad creatives
● Robust proficiency in storyboarding and visualization is a must
● Understanding of platform-specific creative best practices
● Ability to work in a rapid-paced, experimentation-driven workplace

Preferred Skills:
●Experience with UGC-style ad production
● Basic editing skills
● Familiarity with performance analytics dashboards
