The company serves global clients across sectors such as automotive, machinery, equipment, industrial components, telecommunication, oil and gas, chemical, building, and infrastructure development.

Role Description
This is a full time, on-site BIM Modeler role based in Ahmedabad client location.
The BIM Modeler will develop and maintain accurate 3D models at various levels of development (upto LOD 500) for building and infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities include interpreting architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, creating coordinated models, and producing construction documentation.
The role involves collaborating with architects, engineers, and project teams to resolve design clashes, support design revisions, and maintain model integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
The BIM Modeler will also assist in quality checks, model updates,



and data extraction to support project planning, coordination, and execution.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and experience working as a BIM Modeler on building or infrastructure projects.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Architecture and the ability to interpret and translate design intent into detailed BIM models.
Candidates should possess the ability to read, understand, and produce Construction Drawings derived from BIM models.
Proficiency in relevant BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks) and familiarity with industry standards and LOD requirements.
Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field; prior experience in BIM modeling is preferred.
Effective communication skills and a willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies and workflows.
