Key Responsibilities
Edit high-quality promotional, corporate, educational, and social media videos.
Create engaging short-form and long-form content for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
Develop compelling storytelling using visuals, sound, transitions, motion graphics, and animations.
Perform advanced color correction, color grading, sound design, and audio synchronization.
Design and integrate motion graphics, visual effects (VFX), titles, and animated elements.
Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, marketing teams, and stakeholders to deliver impactful campaigns.
Manage multiple editing projects while ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Maintain brand consistency across all video content.
Organize and manage project files, media assets, and editing workflows.
Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, AI-powered editing tools, and social media best practices.
Mentor junior editors and ensure high creative standards within the team.

Required Skills
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
Strong knowledge of After Effects




Experience with DaVinci Resolve (Color Grading)
Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
Motion Graphics & Animation
Visual Effects (VFX)
Sound Design & Audio Mixing
Camera Angles, Composition & Storytelling
Knowledge of AI-powered editing tools
Experience with YouTube, Instagram Reels, Shorts, and other digital platforms

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Mass Communication, Animation, or a related field.
5–8 years of skilled experience in video editing and post-production.
Experience in the Education, EdTech, Media, or Digital Marketing industry will be preferred.
Solid portfolio showcasing branding, promotional, and social media content.
