Must have experience of preparing predictive models, involved in planning strategies, must have taken initiatives to improve the collections, cases allocations, agency and employee incentive payout, and preparing MIS report.
Experience in closely working with the data scientist of the tech team to prepare the strategy.
Should have valuable communication to coordinate with all the senior stakeholders.
