Role Description The Creative Intern role at Snooze Co. is a full time, in office position located in Navi Mumbai. In this role, the intern supports the creative team with concept development, brainstorming sessions, and ideation for campaigns and content across various brands. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with copywriting, drafting social media and campaign content, contributing to visual and branding ideas, and participating in the development of creative strategies. The intern helps with research on trends, audiences, and competitors, prepares mood boards or references for projects, and collaborates with designers, writers,



and strategists to refine creative output. The role also involves maintaining clear communication with the team, meeting project timelines, and actively contributing fresh ideas to ongoing and upcoming projects.
Qualifications
Strong creativity skills, with the ability to generate original ideas and translate concepts into compelling visuals or narratives.
Effective communication and writing skills for crafting clear, engaging content and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Understanding of creative strategy and branding, including how to express brand personality and values through campaigns.
Interest in content creation, social media, and visual storytelling, with a basic understanding of digital platforms.
Ability to take feedback constructively, adapt quickly, and work in a fast-paced, on-site studio workplace.
Pursuing or recently completed studies in design, communication, media, advertising, or a related field is beneficial.
Familiarity with basic creative tools (such as presentation software or design tools) and a portfolio or samples of creative work are an advantage.
