Learning Experience Designer Summary The Learning Experience Designer (LXD) creates engaging, human-centered learning experiences that leverage learning sciences, UX principles, and emerging technologies. This role focuses on learner empathy, personalization, and innovation to deliver impactful learning solutions aligned with business goals. Responsibilities - Design and develop virtual and blended learning experiences using human-centered design and design thinking methodologies. - Apply learning sciences and UX principles to enhance learner engagement, retention, and motivation. - Create content using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, synthesia, GenAIpowered content authoring tool), multimedia, and graphic design principles. - Integrate adaptive learning strategies, gamification, simulations, and scenario-based learning. - Leverage LMS/LXP platforms, AI-enabled tools, and immersive technologies (VR/AR) for scalable learning. - Develop authentic, performance-based assessments to measure engagement, behavior change, and retention. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to co-create solutions and maintain solid client relationships. - Manage projects using agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
