The Application Development Senior Manager (C13) will lead and manage a team of application developers, ensuring the successful design, development, implementation, and support of high-volume, real-time applications. This role requires a strong technical leader with deep expertise in PEGA, capable of driving end-to-end application lifecycle management from initial design through to post-production support. The Senior Manager will be responsible for fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team, aligning development efforts with business objectives and architectural standards

+ Solid understanding and experience with PEGA deployment pipelines and application performance tuning.

+ Well-versed in UNIX/Linux environments and Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

+ Experience with real-time integration patterns (e.g., Kafka, messaging queues, APIs).

+ Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Java, .NET) and database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).

+ Familiarity with microservices architecture and GEN AI solutions.

**Qualifications:**

+ 12+ years of progressive experience in application development, with at least 3- 5 years in a leadership or management role.

+ Demonstrable experience managing teams with PEGA Lead System Architect (LSA) or Senior System Architect (SSA) certified staff.

+ Proven track record of designing, developing, and supporting high-volume, real-time applications.

+ Extensive experience with the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

+ 6-10 years of relevant experience in the Financial Service industry

+ Experience as Applications Development Manager

+ Stakeholder and people management experience

+ Demonstrated leadership skills

+ Proven project management skills

+ Basic knowledge of industry practices and standards





+ Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

**Education:**

+ Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience

+ Master's degree preferred

+ Strong hands-on expertise in PEGA platform (including PEGA 24/25 and PEGA 8.8.X), with relevant certifications (LSA or equivalent experience).
