This role requires strong hands-on expertise in Azure SQL Managed Instance, performance tuning, ETL development, and cloud-based data integration. The ideal candidate will work independently on complex database solutions and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile workplace. Key Responsibilities Database Design & Development + Design, develop, andmaintaindatabase schemas, tables, views, stored procedures, and functions. + Build scalable and high-performing solutions using **Azure SQL Managed Instance** (experience with SQL Hyperscale is a plus). + Implement and support ETL solutions using **SSIS** . + Develop andmaintainreports and datasets using **SSRS** .



Data Integration & Cloud Services + Develop and manage data pipelines using **Azure Data Factory (ADF)** . + Manage SQLAgentjobs, scheduling, and automation processes. + Collaborate with application and cloud teams to ensure reliable and secure data solutions. Performance Optimization + Perform query tuning, indexing strategies, and execution plan analysis. + Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks in transactional and analytical systems. + Implement monitoring and performance best practices. Collaboration + Work within Agile/Scrum teams,participatingin sprint planning and technical design discussions. + Conduct peer code reviews and contribute to technical documentation. Required Qualifications + 5-8+ years of experience in SQL Server development. + Strongexpertisein **Azure SQL Managed Instance** . + Hands-on experience with SSIS, SSRS, SQL Agent, and ADF. + Advanced SQL skills including performance tuning and optimization. + Strong database design and data modeling experience. + Experience working in Agile environments.
