ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for an Assistant Manager / Team Lead – Recruitment with 8+ years of experience in recruitment consulting, preferably in Sales Hiring and Technical Sales Hiring to join our agile team in Pune.
Proven experience in bulk hiring and managing multiple hiring requirements within defined timelines
Hands-on experience in leading a team of at least 5–6 recruiters, providing guidance, monitoring performance, and ensuring delivery targets are met
Strong experience in stakeholder management, including understanding client requirements, setting hiring priorities, and ensuring timely closures.
Experience in handling deliveries, understanding & cascading client requirements and achieve targets
Supporting the client HR team in other transactional areas, if requested




Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes for mid to senior-level roles.

PRE-REQUISITES
Experience working in a recruitment consulting/staffing workplace with the ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven setup
8–12 years of recruitment experience, with a solid focus on Technical Sales Hiring/Sales Hiring.
Experience in Team Leading and/or Account Management, with proven delivery ownership.
Strong data management skills with hands-on experience in MIS reporting and recruitment trackers.
Solid communication, coordination, and relationship management skills with clients and internal stakeholder
Energetic, accomplished and creative personnel with great recruitment and management skills
