About the Role:

Accordible Facility Management is looking for a confident and result-driven Business Development Associate to join our growing sales team. The role is focused on generating new business opportunities, connecting with potential clients, building a strong sales pipeline, and converting leads into business for our facility management and engineering service verticals. This is a positive opportunity for someone who enjoys client interaction, field meetings, follow-ups, and target-based growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through cold calling, emails, field visits, networking, and market research.
Identify potential clients across hotels, corporates, malls, hospitals, and commercial properties.
Pitch Accordible’s services and understand client requirements.
Schedule and attend client meetings, site visits, and business discussions.
Prepare and coordinate proposals, quotations, and commercial details.
Maintain lead status, follow-ups, and sales pipeline updates.
Coordinate with internal teams for costing, feasibility,



and project handover.
Build long-term client relationships for repeat business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Ideal Candidate:
3–5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, field sales, or client acquisition.
Experience in facility management, manpower, housekeeping, technical services, hospitality, or B2B services will be preferred.
Strong communication and follow-up skills.
Comfortable with cold calling, client meetings, field visits, and sales targets.
Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and basic sales reporting.
Self-driven, disciplined, and eager to grow in sales.
