Key Responsibilities
1.⁠ ⁠P&L; Management
Take full ownership of the city’s P&L.;

Develop strategies to maximize revenue and control costs.

Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management.

2.⁠ ⁠Financial Management
Prepare and manage budgets for city operations.

Monitor financial performance and implement corrective measures.

Ensure cost-effective operations and optimize resource utilization.

3.⁠ ⁠Operations Management
Oversee day-to-day operations within the city.

Ensure high standards of product quality and safety.

Manage relationships with suppliers, farmers, and vendors.

4.⁠ ⁠Sales and Marketing
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and achieve revenue targets.

Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute marketing campaigns.

Analyze market trends and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.

5.⁠ ⁠Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team.

Foster a positive and productive work workplace.

Set clear performance goals and conduct regular evaluations.

6.⁠ ⁠Customer Relations
Maintain excellent customer service standards.

Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Agriculture, Supply Chain Management, or related field (MBA in Operations preferred).

Minimum 6 years of experience in the Fruits & Vegetables (F&V;) or FMCG industry.

Proven track record in managing city-level operations and achieving business targets.

Experience in P&L; management with demonstrated financial accountability.
