+ **Experience:** **7-12 years**

+ Independently oversee multiple projects ensuring that all functional and non-functional requirements are met.

+ Utilize robust understanding of core business and technical strategies to deliver best business outcomes.

+ Develop and deploy high quality software solutions.

+ Collaborate with other teams across the enterprise to ensure the successful delivery of solutions.

+ Provide mentoring and technical assistance to other members of the team.

+ Facilitate and lead design workshops ensuring alignment with business goals while maximizing out-of-the-box (OOTB) Pega capabilities.

+ Expertise on various integration technologies like SOAP, REST, MQ, TCP, HTTP and middleware.

+ Serve as a steward for solution scope, preventing scope creep and unnecessary customization.

+ Build Pega Blueprints aligned with end-to-end business processes and case lifecycle design.

+ Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and Pega development teams, ensuring traceability and quality throughout delivery.

+ Drive process optimization using Pega's decisioning, automation, and case management features.

+ Mentor junior analysts and architects on Pega methodologies and best practices.

+ Support integration with automation, AI, and data platforms within broader enterprise architecture frameworks.





+ Contribute to solution proposals and demonstrations as part of pre-sales or business development initiatives.

+ Design, plan, and execute test cases (functional, regression, integration, UAT) aligned to Pega guardrails and performance standards.

+ Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as ALM.

+ Work with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects.

+ Support CI/CD pipelines with robust testing integration.

+ Document test results, defects, and quality metrics with strong attention to detail.
