- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile and waterfall methodologies. - Proven experience (3-5 years minimum) managing IT projects, preferably within a complex and fast-paced environment. - Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. - Proficient in using project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello, Asana). - Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is highly desirable. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively. **But what else?
