Python Developer Resume Parsing / NLP (Recruitment Platform)
Reporting To: Founder / Project Director
Location: Delhi NCR / Bengaluru / Chandigarh / Remote / Hybrid

We are looking for a passionate Python Developer with exposure to NLP and data extraction to design, build, and optimize modules that extract, structure, and analyze candidate data from resumes. The role involves developing intelligent parsing solutions, integrating them into the recruitment platform, and improving accuracy using NLP frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, test, and maintain resume parsing and text-extraction modules using Python.
- Implement algorithms to extract structured data (contact info, education, experience, skills) from multiple file formats (PDF, DOCX, TXT).
- Integrate parsing output with the platforms ATS / CRM database.
- Build REST APIs for parsing, search, and jobcandidate matching features.
- Work with AI/ML engineers to improve accuracy using NLP libraries (spaCy, NLTK, Transformers).
- Optimize performance and ensure compliance with data-protection and security standards.
- Collaborate with UI/UX and backend teams for seamless end-to-end implementation.
- Prepare documentation, maintain version control, and support debugging and deployments.





Desired Candidate Profile :

- 13 years of hands-on software development experience with Python.
- Knowledge of text processing, regular expressions, and NLP concepts.
- Familiarity with resume parsing, data extraction, or document AI projects preferred.
- Understanding of REST API design, MySQL / MongoDB, and Git version control.
- Exposure to AI / ML pipelines and open-source NLP frameworks is a plus.
- Self-driven, analytical, and eager to learn new technologies in HR tech.
- Positive communication and teamwork skills.

Python, Flask, FastAPI, MySQL, MongoDB, Regex, spaCy, NLTK, Transformers, Pandas, Git, Postman, REST APIs.
