Job Description – Purchase Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Purchase Executive with excellent communication and negotiation skills to join our team at one of India’s most creative solar companies with high growth prospects. The Purchase Executive will manage the company's purchasing operations and ensure a reliable supply of goods and services.

**Responsibilities**
- Source and purchase materials and services in line with company policies and procedures.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers and vendors.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage supplier performance.
- Maintain inventory and order tracking systems.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder when necessary.
- Monitor market trends and provide recommendations for cost savings.
- Analyze and manage the supply chain for efficient delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain effective relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Address any issues related to orders and deliveries.
- Prepare reports and monitor purchase activities.




- Identify quality vendors for project execution and monitor feedback from the project team.
- Prepare and submit various insurance policies.

**Preferred Skills**
- Ability to analyze market trends and determine the most cost-effective suppliers.
- Knowledge of various procurement strategies and processes.
- Understanding of import/export regulations and procedures.
- Proficiency in contract negotiations and supplier management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other related software.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

**Educational Qualification**
- B.E. in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Civil.
- Solar background preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience.
- Immediate joiners only.
