The ideal candidate should have strong experience in integration architecture, APIs, middleware/iPaaS platforms, data flows, and stakeholder management, with the ability to lead integration initiatives end to end. Key Responsibilities + Lead end-to-end SaaS integration projects from requirement gathering to deployment and post-go-live support. + Define integration architecture and strategy for connecting SaaS platforms with internal and external systems. + Work with business, application, security, and infrastructure teams to understand integration requirements and translate them into scalable solutions. + Design and oversee integrations using APIs, web services, middleware, ETL tools, and iPaaS platforms. + Manage real-time, batch, file-based, and event-driven integration patterns. + Lead integration design for systems such as CRM, ERP, HRMS, ITSM, finance, procurement, and collaboration platforms. + Drive API lifecycle activities including design, documentation, versioning, security, and monitoring. + Ensure data mapping, transformation, validation, and synchronization across applications. + Establish integration standards, reusable components, naming conventions, and governance practices. + Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers for connector setup, API enablement, and troubleshooting. + Support integration testing, SIT, UAT, performance testing, and defect resolution. + Monitor production integrations, identify failures or bottlenecks, and ensure timely issue resolution. + Manage cutover, deployment planning, hyper care, and transition to support teams.



+ Prepare technical and functional documentation including architecture diagrams, interface specifications, runbooks, and support guides. + Mentor team members and provide technical leadership on integration best practices. Required Skills + Strong experience in SaaS and enterprise application integrations. + Hands-on knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, webhooks, SFTP, and message-based integrations. + Experience with middleware or iPaaS tools such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Workato, Informatica, SnapLogic, Jitterbit, or similar platforms. + Positive understanding of authentication and security methods such as OAuth, JWT, SSO, API keys, and certificates. + Experience with data mapping, transformation logic, and error handling. + Knowledge of integration monitoring, logging, alerting, and support processes. + Ability to work across multiple business applications and manage cross-functional stakeholders. + Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. + Ready to work in any shift Preferred Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. + 6+ years of integration experience with 2+ years in a lead role. + Experience in SaaS ecosystems such as Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft 365, or similar platforms. + Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. + Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and integration deployment automation. + Understanding of data privacy, compliance, and enterprise security standards. + Relevant middleware/iPaaS or cloud certifications are a plus.
