Job Title: Security Guard / Security Officer
Job Summary
We are seeking a disciplined, alert, and professional Security Guard to maintain a safe and secure workplace for our customers, staff, and property. The ideal candidate will be responsible for patrolling the premises, monitoring surveillance feeds, and ensuring that all security protocols are strictly followed.
Key Responsibilities
• Patrol & Surveillance: Conduct regular foot patrols of the entire premises, including entry points, parking areas, and restricted zones.
• Access Control: Monitor and authorize the entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and vehicles to guard against theft and maintain security.
• Incident Management: Respond immediately to alarms or calls for assistance; investigate disturbances and write detailed reports on any suspicious activity or incidents.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all fire exits, elevators, and safety equipment are clear and functional. Enforce company policies regarding smoking, parking, and prohibited items.
• Professional Presence: Act as a visible deterrent to illegal or inappropriate activities while providing a helpful and polite presence to authorized visitors.




Required Skills & Qualifications
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (minimum).
• Experience: Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and perform physical tasks if an emergency arises.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting and interacting with the public.
• Integrity: High level of honesty and a clean criminal record.
Preferred Attributes
• Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR.
• Familiarity with CCTV monitoring systems.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
