we are looking for an Implementation Project Manager to drive successful customer implementations and ensure seamless onboarding of enterprise clients.

Job Overview

The Implementation Project Manager plays a critical role in delivering successful implementations of Zaggle's Travel & Expense (T&E;) solution. This techno-functional role combines implementation consulting with project management, ensuring customers are successfully onboarded from project kick-off through go-live and transition to the Customer Success team.

The ideal candidate should have robust consulting experience in the Travel & Expense (T&E;) domain, with the ability to understand customer business processes, recommend industry best practices, and manage end-to-end implementation projects. Candidates with prior experience in the T&E; industry and proven customer-facing consulting and project management skills will be preferred.
