Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated graduate or MBA fresher to join our team as a Customer Service & Accounts Executive. This role offers hands-on exposure to customer service, logistics operations, billing, documentation, and basic accounting, making it an ideal opportunity to build a career in the supply chain industry.

Roles & Responsibilities
Customer Service:
- Respond to customer queries and provide shipment updates.
- Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams for smooth order execution.
- Maintain customer records and update operational data in the system.
- Prepare operational reports and support service documentation.
- Resolve customer issues and coordinate with internal teams.

Accounts & Billing:
- Assist in customer billing, invoice preparation, and verification.
- Support accounts receivable and track customer payments.




- Process vendor invoices and maintain accounting records.
- Assist with account reconciliation, MIS reporting, and month-end activities.

Documentation & Administration:
- Maintain shipment documents, PODs, invoices, and operational records.
- Ensure accurate filing and data entry in Excel, and accounting systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support day-to-day operations.

Key Skills & Competencies:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of accounting, billing, and invoicing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good coordination, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a quick-paced logistics environment.
