Role OverviewPR 24x7 is seeking an experienced Operations Support Manager to oversee the efficient execution of PR operations and client assignments. This role is responsible for coordinating with media professionals, supporting PR teams, tracking project execution, and ensuring timely delivery of client commitments while maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with media professionals to facilitate the timely publication of client press releases.




- Serve as the operational support lead for PR Executives to ensure smooth execution of client assignments.
- Monitor project timelines, track work progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to minimize execution delays.
- Plan, prioritize, and oversee PR activities across multiple client accounts.
- Support and guide PR Executives in operational execution and workflow management.
- Maintain assignment trackers, operational reports, and project status updates.
- Ensure effective communication between PR teams, media professionals, and management.
- Identify operational challenges and implement timely solutions to maintain service quality.
- Drive operational efficiency and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
