The Operational Excellence Executive sits at the centre of coaching quality. You will audit coach work
Across multiple dimensions, identify performance gaps, escalate issues through a defined framework,
And own coach scorecards. This is not a passive monitoring role — you will flag problems, give direct
Feedback, and recommend escalations, including PIPs where warranted.
You need strong fitness and nutrition knowledge, sharp analytical thinking, fluent English
Communication, and comfort working with Excel, Google Sheets, and dashboards daily.

Key Responsibilities
1. Coach Connect Audit
- Review coach-client connect logs daily — assess quality, frequency, depth, and
Follow-through
- Identify coaches with low connect rates, surface-level engagement, or missed touchpoints
- Flag patterns:



coaches who are consistently reactive vs. proactive, or whose connects are not
Driving client progress
- Maintain a daily audit quota and document findings in structured audit sheets
2. Coaching Plan Quality Review
- Assess nutrition guidance quality — macro calculations, meal structure, caloric targets, and
Diet customization
3. Response Time & TAT Monitoring
- Track and audit coach response times across client queries, check-ins, and escalations
- Maintain TAT compliance data by coach, team, and time period

4. Client Feedback & NPS Analysis
5. Renewal Conversation Audits
6. Coach Feedback, Escalation & Reporting
7. Data & Dashboard Maintenance
