About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented DRS Operator to join our Live Broadcast Operations team. This role plays a critical part in delivering seamless live sports broadcasts by ensuring the accuracy of real-time match data, supporting broadcast production workflows, managing video review operations, and maintaining the integrity of broadcast systems during live events.
The ideal candidate should possess solid technical aptitude, excellent observational skills, and a sound understanding of cricket. They should be comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure live production environments where accuracy and timely decision-making are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end live sports production by ensuring smooth execution of operational workflows during broadcasts.
- Perform pre-event operational checks to ensure all assigned systems are functioning correctly before live transmission.
- Monitor multiple broadcast systems simultaneously and ensure uninterrupted live operations.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, graphics, and technical teams to deliver seamless live coverage.
- Maintain operational logs and prepare post-event reports highlighting observations and improvement opportunities.
