Job description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Specialist to support the day-to-day financial operations of our kitchen remodeling and cabinetry business. This role is responsible for processing vendor invoices, matching invoices to purchase orders, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and ensuring all accounts payable transactions are completed accurately and on time.

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail,



excellent organizational skills, and experience working in a construction, remodeling, or manufacturing workplace where invoice accuracy and purchase order verification are essential.

Non-negotiable skills and requirements:
- 2–3+ years of Accounts Payable, bookkeeping, or accounting support experience
- Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes and three-way matching (purchase orders, invoices, and receipts)
- Experience processing high volumes of vendor invoices with exceptional accuracy
- Proficiency with Xero accounting software
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
