The position ensures timely, high-quality and cost-efficient ad-hoc reporting for People & Organization and for the entire Phoenix Contact Group based on corporate guidelines and standards.
In addition, the position is supporting CoE for standard reporting. (development & Support)
Minimum work experience
- Experience in building HR Reports & MicroStrategy
- Junior HR Analytics: 3-4 Years
Educational Qualification
- Graduate, BBA, MBA
Professional Qualification
- Good knowledge of HR data structures
- Creation of standard and ad-hoc reports following corporate design guides
- Perform data quality checks and validations during and after building reports
- Train local key users in correctly using and interpreting standard reports
- Develop demands on how to improve HR reporting logics to improve quality of reports

Subject Matter Expertise
- 1 or more year of experience in building HR Reports

- Define, track, and deliver HR reports aligned with global standards; manage scheduled & ad-hoc reporting requests
