- Monitor fabrication and erection activities in office.
- Ensure drawings, specifications, and quality standards are followed.
- Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and clients.
2. Fabrication Management
- Review fabrication drawings and material requirements.
- Supervise cutting, welding, fitting, and assembly works.
- Ensure proper use of fabrication tools and equipment.
3. Installation & Erection
- Supervise installation of structural steel, piping, tanks, equipment, or machinery.
- Verify alignment, leveling, and dimensional accuracy.
- Coordinate lifting and rigging activities.
4. Quality Control
- Conduct inspections of fabricated components.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Monitor welding quality, NDT testing, and documentation.
5. Safety Management
- Implement HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) procedures.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
- Ensure workers use proper PPE and follow safe work practices.
6. Planning & Coordination
- Prepare work schedules and progress reports.
- Coordinate with procurement for materials and equipment.
- Resolve technical issues and site-related challenges.
