Job Title: IT Recruiter (Remote / Work From Home)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled IT Recruiter with experience in C2H (Contract-to-Hire) and FTE hiring to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have solid technical recruitment experience and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for both contract and permanent roles
- Source and screen candidates based on client requirements
- Work on multiple technologies and IT skill sets
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates
- Interact with clients to understand technical requirements
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment documentation

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical roles
- Experience in C2H and permanent hiring




- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Eligibility Criteria

- Gender: Female candidates only
- Experience: 2 to 6 years
- Education: B.Sc (Computers), BCA, MCA, B.Tech, BE, BA
- Mandatory: Minimum 2 years of Full Time hiring experience
- Employment Gap: Maximum 6 months to 1 year
- Must have own Laptop/Desktop + stable internet connection

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: 12,000 18,000 per month (based on experience)
- Work Timing: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
- Week Off: 2nd & 4th Saturdays + all Sundays
