Job Description:

We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic IT Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate should possess a basic understanding of IT technologies and recruitment processes, along with solid communication and resume-screening skills. Experienced professionals are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and screen candidates for various IT positions.
- Review and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
- Format and edit candidate resumes using MS Word.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support recruitment activities for Australian and Indian clients.




- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

Required Skills:

- IT resume sourcing and screening.
- Basic understanding of IT skills and technical terminology.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- High energy level and target-driven attitude.
- Quick learner with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Any Graduate.
