About the Role

We are seeking a skilled BIM Engineer (US Projects) - LGS/Off-site Construction to join the LIVIO Building System team. The candidate will be responsible for 3D modeling, BIM coordination, detailing, documentation, and shop drawings for structural, architectural, building systems within a BIM environment.

This role demands strong Revit skills, coordination discipline, and an understanding of constructible detailing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop accurate BIM models in Autodesk Revit for structural, architectural, and building system components (LGSF / panelized systems).
2. Create LOD 300400 BIM models and coordinate with Architecture, Structural, HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing teams.
3. Prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings, sections, details, schedules, and layouts as per project standards.
4. Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks and resolve issues in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
5.



Model wall, floor, roof, and MEP penetrations, sleeves, embeds, and openings with high accuracy.
6. Support integration of BIM models with manufacturing and shop-floor requirements, ensuring constructability.
7. Participate in design reviews, QA/QC checks, and BIM coordination meetings.
8. Generate quantity take-offs, material schedules, and BOQs from BIM models.
9. Update and maintain as-built BIM models at project completion.
10. Ensure compliance with USA and Middle East codes, standards, and BIM execution plans.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Bachelors degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Architecture, or related engineering discipline.
2. 2 to 5 years of experience in BIM modeling using Autodesk Revit (USA / Middle East project exposure preferred).
3. Solid proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM collaboration workflows.
4. Good understanding of LOD concepts, BIM standards, and coordination processes.
5. Ability to model structural framing, architectural elements, MEP components, supports, and penetrations.
6. Experience with Revit Dynamo will be an added advantage.
7. Strong coordination, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
