The Assistant Manager - Finishing Engineer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and executing all finishing and facade-related activities for residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects. Key Responsibilities Finishing Works Management

- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Prepare and monitor finishing work schedules to achieve project milestones.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors for timely completion of works.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits.

Facade Management
- Manage installation and execution of facade systems including:
- Glass facades
- Unitized and semi-unitized curtain wall systems
- ACP cladding
- Stone cladding
- Aluminium glazing systems
- Louvers and architectural facade elements

- Review facade shop drawings and material submittals.
- Coordinate with facade consultants and specialized contractors for design and execution requirements.
- Ensure facade installation complies with approved drawings, safety standards, and project specifications.
- Monitor mock-ups, testing procedures, and facade performance requirements.
- Resolve site execution issues related to facade alignment, waterproofing, sealants, and finishing details.

Quality Control Assurance




- Ensure adherence to quality standards and approved methodologies.
- Conduct inspections, snagging, and de-snagging activities.
- Verify material quality, workmanship standards, and compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams for audits and quality documentation.

Planning Coordination
- Track project progress and prepare periodic status reports.
- Coordinate with MEP, structural, and architectural teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Participate in project review meetings and provide updates on finishing and facade activities.
- Identify potential delays and implement corrective actions.

Vendor Contractor Management
- Evaluate contractor performance and monitor productivity.
- Verify work measurements and contractor bills.
- Ensure availability of materials and resources as per project schedule.
- Coordinate with procurement teams for timely material approvals and deliveries.

Health, Safety Compliance
- Ensure all finishing and facade works are executed in compliance with safety regulations.
- Monitor contractor adherence to site safety standards.
- Maintain necessary documentation related to inspections, approvals, and compliance requirements.

Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

Experience
- 6-10 years of experience in real estate construction projects.
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in facade execution and management.
- Experience in high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments preferred.
