Job Summary

We are seeking a Corporate Contract Legal Executive with robust experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts within the Pharmaceuticals or FMCG industry. The role will support business teams by ensuring legal compliance, mitigating risks, and managing end-to-end contract lifecycle activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize a wide range of commercial contracts including:
- Vendor & supplier agreements
- Distribution, dealership & logistics agreements
- Manufacturing, loan license & third-party agreements
- NDAs, MOUs, service agreements, and marketing contracts

- Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies (especially pharma/FMCG regulations).




- Provide legal support to sales, procurement, marketing, and operations teams.
- Identify legal risks and propose practical, business-oriented solutions.
- Manage contract lifecycle including amendments, renewals, and terminations.
- Maintain contract repositories and legal documentation records.
- Liaise with external counsels, consultants, and regulatory authorities when required.
- Support corporate legal matters, internal audits, and compliance initiatives.
- Stay updated on changes in laws impacting pharmaceuticals/FMCG businesses.
