Job Title: Jr. Software Developer (Android & React Native)

Position Type: On Contract (On CIEL HR Payroll) based on performance renewable

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Experience: 3 to 4 Years

Qualification: 3-4 years of professional experience in Android app development, React Native, and Node.js.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Software Developer with 3-4 years of hands-on expertise in Android app development, Node.js, React Native, and integrating map functionalities into mobile applications. The ideal candidate will be passionate about coding, innovative in solving complex problems, and eager to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain Android applications with seamless user experiences and efficient code.
- Integrate mapping services (Google Maps, Mapbox, etc.) into mobile apps to enhance user functionality.
- Develop cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, ensuring applications are scalable and secure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA engineers, to develop and deploy features on time.




- Work with Node.js to build server-side logic and APIs to support mobile app functionality.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in mobile app development and actively contribute to the improvement of development practices.

Requirements:

- Experience: 3-4 years of professional experience in Android app development, React Native, and Node.js.
- Technical Skills:
- Robust proficiency in Java, Type Script and Kotlin for Android development.
- Hands-on experience in building mobile applications with React Native.
- Familiarity with integrating Google Maps API, Mapbox, or other map services.
- Expertise in developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Solid understanding of Node.js for back-end development.
- Knowledge of Git version control and best practices for collaboration.

- Soft Skills:

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have Skills:

- Experience with Azure deployment and cloud-based application management.
- Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, or additional back-end functionality.
- Experience with iOS (iPhone) app development and familiarity with Swift or Objective-C.

Bonus Skills:

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
