- Conduct lot inspections; raise NC; prepare loss & cost charts
- Support rolling mill quality; chemical analysis; blend trials
- Handle enquiries; develop conductors; design rollers & dies
- Prepare 5S schedule; conduct audits; maintain AM sheets
- Create Gantt; deliver trainings; evaluate effectiveness
- Identify value adds; implement improvements; mentor kaizens
- Knowledge of Cable and Conductor and its relevant standards
- Shop Floor Experience of Cable and Wire Industry Copper, Aluminum, Cable knowledge & its application along with Physical & Chemical Properties of Metals.
