Summary:
The SAP CX Sales Cloud (formerly SAP Cloud for Customer C4C) Lead will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and support of SAP Sales Cloud solutions. The role focuses on lead-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-order, account and contact management, sales forecasting, territory management, customer engagement, mobile sales enablement, and CRM transformation initiatives while ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA and other CX solutions.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in SAP CX Sales Cloud C4C.

- This is a client onsite project and will be operated exclusively from the client''s location in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh. All project activities and resource deployment will be carried out from the client site.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
