Peoplepro Management Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive/Manager to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing customer relationships within the staffing and workforce solutions industry. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, staffing solutions, recruitment services, and key account management.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate recent business opportunities for staffing, recruitment, payroll outsourcing, and HR solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business.
- Prepare proposals, commercial quotations, and service agreements.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and business events.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.




- Follow up on proposals, collections, contract renewals, and client feedback.
- Participate in tenders, RFPs, and corporate presentations.

Desired Skills

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent client relationship management abilities.
- Knowledge of staffing, recruitment, payroll outsourcing, and labour compliance services.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualification

- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, HR, or Business Management (preferred).
- Graduate with relevant business development experience may also apply.

Experience

- 2-8 years of experience in business development, preferably in the staffing, recruitment, HR consulting, or workforce solutions industry.

Preferred Industry

Staffing, Recruitment, HR Consulting, Payroll Outsourcing, Facility Management, Compliance Services, or BPO.
