- Experience in digital marketing agency is non-negotiable
- Solid hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager
- Proven B2B client handling and LinkedIn outreach experience
- Platform knowledge: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X
- Comfortable with analytics tools Meta Insights, GA, Sprout Social, etc.
- Working knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, Claude etc.)
- Can manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Confident in client-facing meetings and presentations
