- Cold calling, Lead generation, Payroll Product (HRMS/ Payroll on cloud/staffing/ staff augmentation) Demonstration.
- Achieving growth and sales targets.
- Driving activities that identify potential clients, and the decision-makers within the client organization.
- Creation and management of proposal and presentation.
- The candidate should demonstrate and be able to comfortably interact with decision-makers.
- Engage with CEO/CXO level stakeholders and establish/maintain relationships with them.
- Will be responsible for recent client acquisition, revenue growth, and existing clients' retention and relationship.
- Marketing the services/ products to the Corporates.
