We are seeking a detail-oriented Executive Documentation Customer Service to manage end-to-end documentation and customer coordination for Freight Forwarding operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in import/export documentation, shipment tracking, customer communication, and coordination with shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, and customs brokers. Salary: 35,000 40,000 per month ## Key Responsibilities - Prepare and verify import and export documentation. - Process Bills of Lading, Airway Bills, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Delivery Orders, Certificates of Origin, and other shipping documents. - Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, customs brokers, transporters, and customers. - Track shipment progress and provide timely updates to customers. - Ensure documentation complies with customer requirements and regulatory guidelines. - Coordinate with internal departments for smooth shipment execution. - Resolve customer queries and service-related issues promptly. - Maintain shipment records, documentation, and operational MIS.
