Shipment Planning: Stock review, Release dates, Booking on carriers & Freight Negotiation for Air/Sea & Transport, Co-ordination with Transporters about Container yard change

Checking Post shipment docs & responding SBI bank queries related to LC discrepancy & UBO details

Exploring current Freight forwarders, Transporters & CHA and to be shared with Directors

Ensuring all reports submission on weekly basis

Bhiwandi Warehouse Container handover set & Operation part co-ordination

Freight negotiation without compromising the service level

Transport Study Containers Planning & relevant requirements

Managing all vendors payment with respect to Payment terms & their bills record

Resolving Duty drawback queries

Co-ordination with Insurance & related Shipment queries

Providing Transport quotations & monitoring freight quotations for costing

AEO required docs queries, SOP preparation, follow up & cross functional co-ordination

Working as SPOC for all Country managers for Shipment issues, Shipment docs, Flight/Vessel Schedules, Data logger reports etc.

Analyzing available information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems
