About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader SME Insurance to manage a team handling SME insurance operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong product knowledge, experience in commercial lines, and the ability to effectively handle customer and team escalations while ensuring seamless placement and servicing

Location Mumbai Andheri (E) ( Work from office role)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the SME Insurance team to achieve operational and service objectives.
- Handle team management, mentoring, and performance monitoring.
- Manage escalations related to SME and Commercial Lines insurance.( Fire, engineering, Marine and Liability )
- Ensure timely placement and servicing of insurance policies.
- Coordinate with insurers and internal stakeholders for smooth policy issuance and renewals.
- Provide guidance on insurance products and underwriting requirements.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and process compliance.




- Drive process improvements and ensure timely resolution of client queries.

Key Requirements:

- Experience in team handling within SME Insurance.
- Strong knowledge of SME Insurance products and Commercial Lines. ( Fire, engineering, Marine and Liability )
- Hands-on experience in policy placement and servicing.
- Ability to manage customer and operational escalations.
- Good communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Eligibility

- Experience: Up to 5 years in SME Insurance.
- Prior experience in a team handling role is mandatory.
- Experience in Placement & Servicing operations is preferred.
