- Meet clients to understand their lifestyle, requirements, and budget.
- Create space planning, layout designs, mood boards, and design concepts.
- Prepare 2D drawings and presentations using AutoCAD and other design tools.
- Design modular kitchens, wardrobes, storage units, and complete home interiors.
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), material specifications, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and execution teams for smooth project delivery.
- Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
- Conduct client presentations and incorporate design revisions based on feedback.
- Drive customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Own the sales funnel and contribute to revenue targets by converting design consultations into confirmed projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture,
or a related field.
- 16 years of experience in residential interior design.
- Experience in modular kitchens, wardrobes, and full-home interior projects.
- Strong knowledge of:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- 3ds Max (preferred)
- V-Ray/Lumion (preferred)
- MS PowerPoint
- Valuable understanding of:
- Space planning
- Material selection
- BOQ preparation
- Civil works
- False ceiling
- Electrical and plumbing layouts
- Furniture detailing
- Experience handling multiple residential projects from concept to execution.
