Role & responsibilities

- Design and build conversational AI agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio, including topic authoring, entity configuration, adaptive cards, and multi-turn dialog flows
- Deploy and manage agents across Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and web channels, owning the full lifecycle from requirements through iteration
- Build and maintain cloud flows and scheduled workflows in Power Automate to automate approval, notification, and data sync processes across Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain
- Develop custom connectors to SAP ERP using native SAP Power Platform connectors, OData services, and BAPI/RFC interfaces; configure and maintain the on-premise data gateway where required
- Design and manage Microsoft Dataverse data models, tables, and relationships that underpin agent and app solutions




- Train citizen developers and business champions within BUs on Copilot Studio basics; review and govern solutions built at the BU layer
- Present solution demos and progress updates to business stakeholders and leadership

Preferred candidate profile

- Hands-on experience connecting Power Platform to SAP ERP using native SAP connectors or OData/BAPI, including on-premise data gateway setup. Experience in Manufacturing projects.
- Power Apps canvas app development for lightweight business process interfaces
- Exposure to Azure Logic Apps or Azure Functions for hybrid integration scenarios
- Microsoft Teams app deployment and manifest configuration experience
- Public repositories or documented project work demonstrating production Power Platform solutions
