This role is crafted for a visionary designer who rejects traditional boundaries and views architecture, interior spaces, and landscape as a single, indivisible project ecosystem.
The ideal candidate has a masterful command over architectural composition, historic and contemporary styles, geometric rhythm, and the sensory impact of materiality. You will be the guardian of the projects physical identity, building and defining its character through breathtaking facade systems and seamlessly integrated landscapes that combine to create a compelling, unified sense of place.
- Unified Placemaking: Conceptualize and curate environments where architecture, interior design, and landscape flow seamlessly into a singular, immersive story.
- Aesthetic & Character Definition: Craft striking building identities and envelopes, demonstrating a flawless eye for material textures, depth, patterns,
and geometric proportions.
- 3D Spatial Orders: Visualize and manipulate complex three-dimensional forms and artistic spatial orders using Rhino3D and SketchUp to capture mood and atmosphere.
- Visual Prototyping & AI Exploration: Utilize current AI visualization and neural rendering tools to rapidly explore architectural language, enrich mood boards, and push creative boundaries.
- Design Continuity: Translate high-level design philosophies into explicit layout presentations and supporting 2D drawings in AutoCAD.
- Workflow Integration: Utilize computational support tools like Grasshopper and custom AutoLISP scripts to effortlessly streamline production tasks, leaving more time to focus on pure design and composition.
Technical & Tool Proficiency & Behavioral traits
Fluent in 3D visualization and modeling spaces (Rhino3D and SketchUp), with a foundational familiarity with AutoCAD.
