We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Agency Development Manager to join our team at Axis Max Life Insurance Limited. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in agency development and management, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth through agent recruitment and development.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement effective strategies for recruiting and developing new agents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing agents to ensure their continued growth and success.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to agents to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling insurance products.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.




- Provide training and support to agents on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in agency development and management within the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of the insurance market and current trends.
