About the Role

We are looking for a Marketplaces Lead to aggressively and profitably scale ProVs marketplaces business from a 200 crore base. This role owns growth, margins, and execution across all major platforms, with a sharp focus on disciplined scale, platform leverage, and operational excellence.

Job Description

- Own the endtoend marketplaces P&L; with a mandate to scale revenue profitably.
- Drive growth across key marketplaces through deep platform understanding, category leadership, and execution rigor.
- Build and optimize the full marketplace funnel visibility, traffic, conversion, pricing, promotions, and retention.




- Lead platformspecific strategies across assortment, content, ads, availability, and supply chain coordination.
- Build, manage, and upskill a robust inhouse marketplaces team.
- Work closely with Category Managers, internal stakeholders, and leadership to unlock sustained competitive advantage.

Ideal Candidate

- Proven handson experience scaling a large marketplaces business, ideally at 100+ crore scale.
- Deep working knowledge of major marketplaces, their algorithms, tools, ad products, and operational levers.
- Strong commercial judgment across pricing, promotions, margins, and inventory planning.
- Track record of owning outcomes, not just managing accounts or agencies.
- Comfortable operating in highvelocity, competitive environments with tight execution cycles.
- Builder mindset analytical, detailoriented, and relentlessly focused on profitable growth.
