Experience Required

3 5 Years
(Experience in the Real Estate industry will be an added advantage)

Qualification

- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline
- Diploma / Certification in Human Resource Management preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage core HR functions including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, compliance, payroll coordination, and employee engagement.



The ideal candidate should be capable of handling both office and site workforce management while ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance with labor laws.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for office and site positions.
- Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, documentation, and induction processes.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management accurately.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, employee benefits, and statutory compliance.
- Implement HR policies, disciplinary procedures, and grievance resolution mechanisms.
- Support performance management and appraisal cycles.
- Manage contractors, workers, and third-party service providers.
- Address employee concerns and maintain positive employee relations across office and site locations.
- Organize training programs, employee engagement, and welfare initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and statutory regulations.
- Prepare HR reports, manpower dashboards, and MIS for management review.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Strong understanding of HR operations and labor law compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle blue-collar and white-collar workforce effectively.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- ERP knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced real estate environment with multiple stakeholders.
